Take it on a real day out. If it is not what you hoped for, send it back within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and we refund you in full, with no restocking fee. If anything arrives faulty or wrong, the return is on us.

No. They are sold separately, each on its own product page. The bottle fits the insulated side sleeves on the bag, and the pop-up net pairs with the fold-out changing surface.
The bed is designed for supervised daytime rest, feeding and diaper changes while you are with your baby. It is not a crib and is not intended for unsupervised or overnight sleep. For night sleep, always follow your pediatrician's safe-sleep guidance and use a flat, firm, empty sleep surface.
Orders leave us within 1 to 3 business days. Express shipping within the United States is free and typically arrives in 5 to 10 business days. International rates are calculated at checkout.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, with no restocking fee. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it and send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us.
Yes. The two-bag and three-bag sets let you pick a colour for every bag independently, so you can mix Blush Pink with Powder Blue, or take three of the same shade. The price is the same whichever combination you choose.
No. The port is a pass-through: you connect your own power bank to the internal cable and charge from the outside of the bag. This keeps the bag lighter and avoids battery restrictions when flying.
